I have worked with children from different age groups from babies to young children. I have had a chance to mentor student teachers on practicum as well. I am very passionate about early childhood education and strongly believe in advocating for the rights of children by providing them with opportunities to be active participants in their own learning. I am confident that I can make a big difference in children’s life by offering them the best and high-quality education and care.

Daya

I am from the beautiful Island of Fiji, holding degree in Bachelor of Education from the University of Fiji. I worked as primary educator in Fiji for 20 years and then moved to New Zealand last year. I am a provisionally registered teacher now. The knowledge I have gained about early childhood philosophy after working in New Zealand has helped me to develop my own teaching philosophy. I believe every child is different. Children develop at different paces and have their very own strengths.
